These terms govern the use of this website. By browsing it you accept them. They are short because the site does little: it presents a concept and collects the email of anyone who wants access.

2. What this site is

Fewer Rooms is a concept project by fabrica Studio. The site shows what a short, direct-booking list of small country houses in Spain could look like: the proposition, the listings and the pricing model.

The service does not exist as a booking platform. There are no accounts, no payments and nothing to sign up for beyond requesting access. fabrica may build it, change it or drop it at any time, with no obligation towards anyone who has requested access.

3. Prices and descriptions

The prices shown on this site illustrate a possible range and do not constitute a binding offer or an invitation to purchase. The same goes for the houses, facts and copy: they describe a concept, not an available booking service. Real prices, when a house is listed, are set by that house’s owner.

4. Requesting access

The “Request access” form exists so we can keep you posted on the project. Submitting it does not create an account, does not reserve a house or a price, and commits neither you nor us to anything. How we handle your email is explained in the privacy policy.

5. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about the project. You may not:

• Use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
• Submit the form with false details or someone else’s.
• Try to reach non-public parts of it, interfere with how it works or overload it.
• Extract its content by automated means (scraping) without our permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Fewer Rooms name and the text, design, images and code of this site belong to fabrica Studio. You may read them and share links, but not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

The site is provided as is, as information about a concept. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, fabrica Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use of this site or from decisions taken on the basis of its content.

8. Links to third parties

The site links to fabrica.studio and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless the law mandates a different forum (for example, for consumers).

11. Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
