Who answers the phone

Roser, who grew up in the house and lives in the village. She picks up between eight and ten at night. Catalan, Spanish, and slow English.

What it isn’t for

Parties: the neighbours’ bedroom is 30 m from yours, and Roser will tell you so herself. Small children: the stairs are open and there is no cot. Low cars in February: the last 900 m is track.
